Blauer Tactical Systems is pleased to announce the UK course for 2010 which is to be hosted by The Serious Organised Crime Agency at Lancashire Constabulary Headquarters, Hutton Preston. The course is a Level One Instructor Certification Course focusing on Applications for Confined Spaces Combatives with elements of Ground Defence. There is currently great interest nationally in dealing with combative subjects in confined spaces with the subject being an agenda item at a recent ACPO Practitioner Group workshop. The keynote speaker at this year’s course will be Tony Blauer, the founder of the S.P.E.A.R. System and attendance is therefore a must for any force, department or agency wishing to integrate the S.P.E.A.R. System™ research into their current training program.
