Production and Shipping Policy

High Gear® products are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks for production before your order is ready to ship. Production timelines are estimates and can vary based on the product, materials, order volume, and other circumstances.

Once your order is ready to ship, our team will provide shipping details and tracking information when available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND FREIGHT

International freight is quoted separately. For an international shipping or freight quote, contact highgear@blauertactical.com before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping quote unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit times and delivery dates are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
