Everything you need to know about the BTS90 program
My schedule is packed, how much time do I need to commit?
The total commitment is approximately an hour a day, and it's spread out! Not 60 minutes straight. Honestly, there's no excuse not to do this unless you're too lazy and really don't care about yourself.
Is Coach Blauer live on these calls?
Coach Blauer runs all the LIVE calls. You interact directly with him. You will learn more about the SPEAR System® & KNOW FEAR® directly from its founder!
Do I need to be in shape?
No, you don't need to be in shape to join the program. That's a part of this! In 90 days, you will go through a transformation that will make you a better version of yourself. Tactically fitter, mentally tougher, and safer.
What equipment do I need?
Most of the exercises are done with your own body weight as part of our unique Combat Calisthenics program. We do use a resistance band, PVC pipe, and medicine ball for certain drills. These are demoed in the Human Weapon System Course and the daily Human Weapon Habits.
