  2. Situational awareness and movement protocols that will help you when you are dealing with multiple threats.

  3. Our program will create greater tactical speed and enhanced decision-making.

  4. Our system is founded on physiology, biomechanics, and psychology, making it an entirely behaviorally-based and scientific approach to physical safety.

  5. Attending this class will make you safer regardless of experience.

  6. All classes are taught personally by Coach Blauer.

  7. Courses have a one-on-one feel because they're conducted on ZOOM.

  8. All movements and principles are based on the SPEAR System® for personal defense.

  9. Minimal equipment required, it’s all bodyweight training.
